Title template keeps showing my sitename

I am trying to change the title template within the plugin. I go to the titles and metas tab, and take the %%sitename%% off of everything except the homepage. It is not working. I already had to un-index 18 urls because of “duplicate content”. I am finally starting to get them re-indexed, and I am noticing the same issue AGAIN.
If you go into google and type in site:besttunercars.netau.net , A post is showing the %%sitename%% at the end when I explicitly changed the default template in the seo options. The sitename is not in my manual post edit either.
