    I figure them out.
    To make the popup visible by default.
    Open class-sticky-popup.php
    find the position you use, then you may find “-“+contheight+”px”, this is the default value which is -xxxpx at first, change it to “0px” (1 one, not the 2nd one, the 2nd one is control the open class).
