Titler bar image remove or change

Hello,
Im trying to make a website with the theme, and there is a picture of buildings on every page, that contains the title of the actual page, and i want to change it or remove it somehow. I managed to get some help from you under a youtube video, you sent me a link, and i found the option, but when i tried to delete or change the image nothing happened. So that’s why i created this post. Thank you for your help! I attach a picture about my problem.
