Titles and Placeholder Not Showing

    The placeholders are showing for the name and email fields, the titles show up once you start typing.

    The billing info does not show the placeholders, the titles show up once you start typing.

    Is there a way to always show the titles and for the placeholders to show in the billing?

    you may have to create an account on the website to make a “purchase”. We only do services through a tab in their account.

    If the person already has an account and the info autopopulates, the titles are there. If you delete the content (or if there was not any content) the placeholders nor the title display.
