Titles are repeating twice

Not familiar with that theme, but I’ll take a stab at it (I did look on your page too). It looks like the author put this into the design of the theme.

I would look on the index.php and page.php files. These will be located in wp-content/themes/NAME where NAME is the name of your theme. Look particularly for this tag…

<?php the_title(); ?>

If you can find it wrapped in <strong></strong> tags then that’s the culprit.
