• Hi,

During a SEO audit we noticed that a lot of H1 titles were missing, we cheeked everything and couldn’t find any apparent problems.

We switched to 2023 theme and the titles showed up again, so we determine it has to do with Tutor starer.

We started to disable plugins one by one to determine if it’s a problem between TutorStarter and a given plugin, when we disabled Woo the page’s titles started appearing again.

It might be an override from the outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

Any idea how can we fix this?

    Thanks!

  • I am very sorry for the issue. But it’s not a issue of outdated template. You said that if you WooCommerce plugin then you are not facing this issue. Can you please tell me exactly on the which page you are facing this issue.

    Hi,

This problem occurs on ALL the pages from the site.

This page is created with Gutemberg: https://meded.university/terms-conditions/

When we tested disabling WooCommerce the title reappears. This only happens when TutorStarter is activated, if we have WooCommerce on but change to Twenty twenty three theme the titles are shown correctly.

This is why we believe is an issue with TutorStarter and not with Woo or any other plugin.

    Thanks!

    Dear @dsuescun

I am very sorry for that. Then you need to edit those page and change heading tag.

    Have a good day.

I think I haven’t been able to explain myself:

    • when Tutorstarter is activated and woocommerce is activated all the titles from pages dissappear.
    • If i change the Theme the titles re-appear
    • There’s nothing i can change on the pages to make the titles appear

Please check on you own testing site to see if you can reproduce the same bug

    thanks

    Hi!

The problem is still ongoing, could you please have a look?

    Thanks!

    Dear @dsuescun

I am very sorry for that. Can you please tell me which SEO plugin you are using on your website?

    Hi Md Rashed!

Squirrly, but the issue persist even with the plugin deactivated. So this is NOT related to SEO plugin.

I made a video showing you the problem between tutorstarter and woocommerce: https://screencast.synergetic.dev/conversations/47ab67ea-be4e-5a0d-ba3f-3dc727a2ef1e

I hope this makes it clear

    Dear @dsuescun

Please use the Tutor LMS main theme and disable others plugins and then check your website.

    Have a good day.

Dear @largbasket did you see the video?

The problem occurs with Woocommerce activated, as soon as it’s deactivated the titles re-appear, so it’s a compatibility issue with Woo, and we NEED it for monetization.

Honestly I’m feeling very frustrated with your support, you have avoided the problem, even with the video evidence of it. Having just Tutor LMS and the theme on is not what i need, i need all the other plugins for our site’s business model to work, and since the compatibility issue is clearly with Woo you should look into it since it’s one of the monetization methods tutor lms offers.

Please review the video and test on your side (if Gutenberg pages’s titles disappear on a site that has tuto lms and WooCommerce activated)

Hope to hear back from you soon, and hopefully with some real insights/support/updates

    Dear @dsuescun

I am very sorry for the issue. You said that it’s a conflict issue with WooCommerce if the page edit with the Gutenberg. I think here is a CSS conflict. Contact themeum support team with your website acc-ess and with your Tutor LMS Pro order number to get support.

    Have a good day.

The problem is with the theme, if I use 2023 theme the titles appear, not sure why this would need support from the plugin, when the issue is TutorStarter Theme.

    I give up.

    Dear @dsuescun

Our team will check the issue more, if you found the issue then the issue will be solved on the next update.

    Have a good day.
