    Why are you confusing the community with false cookie descriptions:
    tk_ai session Stores a randomly-generated anonymous ID. This is only used within the dashboard (/wp-admin) area and is used for usage tracking, if enabled.

    It is still collecting user id silently…

    I think this is a great point, that is best put straight in front of the WooCommerce core developers. Can you please open up a new issue with them at https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce, so they can offer their insight into why this is done?
