I am using woocommerce on my site and can see that the cookie “tk_ai” is set on individual product pages on the front end, even though I have set woocommerce usage tracking to off. I can see this when viewing an individual product page in incognito mode while logged out. I clear the cookies, try again, they still re-appear.

I have no clue how to disable it, but of course do not want it to get set for my website’s visitors if it’s not something that’s supposed to happen.

My site is under construction so I do not want to post a public link to it here. If support wants a link to see for themselves, perhaps it can be given in a private manner?

    Thank you.

    Hello @sunrosea,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Could you please attach a copy of your site’s System Status report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support” (after you scroll down a bit)”. Once done, please paste it here in your reply or via a text-sharing service like https://gist.github.com/.

Feel free to remove any sensitive information from the report that you’re uncomfortable with sharing publicly.

Look forward to hearing back from you.
