    I was a problem with client on php 7.4 where can connect to Matomo with TLS 1.3. After upgrade php on client to 8.2, now can connect to Matomo server.

    Correct. The plugin does not care or even know about TLS, this is related to a peer’s configuration.

    So if this message appears, it is necessary to check the web server’s settings.
