    Hello community o/
I just installed Analytify, but I got this message on top of all admin pages :

Analytify (Bug): GnuTLS recv error (-110): The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.

So no possibility to auth the plugin with google, modify any settings or even view any stats.

Is there someone who already got this message ?
Or solve any trouble like this one ?

Thanks in advance, have a good day o/

  • Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please logout from Analytify Settings-> Authentication tab https://prntscr.com/et22r5 and login again. Thanks

Now I will need to redact all of that user’s replies…

@spreview Don’t send anyone details of your login. Author’s get into real trouble here when they ask users for that.

@burhandodhy @asif2bd and @hiddenpearls I am pretty sure this came up before but I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

thanks for your intervention, for sure I will never share any login information even with devs ^^

Plugin developer here. Thanks @jdembowski, for bringing this to attention.

@spreview, very very sorry that this happen, but as we can’t reproduce the error you are having, as its not common, not happening for any known case, we cant solve it this way. We have no way to understand the error, and find the issue to solve.

So, its not possible for us to give support for this issue here. If you want you could contact our support here – https://analytify.io/support/ Though our premium support is only for Pro user, but we could still try to provide you support for free, but its beyond the capacity of .org support forum.

I hope I was clear enough.

@jdembowski sorry my mistake ?? , not going to happen next time
