TML Login page gives me an error when activated
-
I am using TML 6.4.3 and when activated, it gives me an error message:
“Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”Once I deactivate it, the site works as expected. I have tried deactivating all the plugins and the theme, same story. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling TML as well. As instructed, I turned on debug, and here is the error that is generated:
“[03-Jan-2016 11:48:13 UTC] PHP Deprecated: mysql_connect(): The mysql extension is deprecated and will be removed in the future: use mysqli or PDO instead in /hermes/bosnaweb04a/b1591/ipg.landsremotecom/garage2/shop/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1518”In scouring the internet for help, I noticed references to a settings part of TML where you set the page ID for the login page, but I don’t see this in my install. However, this may be referring to an earlier version of TML.
I am using WP 4.4, Theme is The7.3, I am using plugins Visual Composer, Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer, Askimet, W3 Total Cache, JetPack, Revolution Slider, Go Pricing. All are up-to-date.
any help that can be provided would be appreciated.
Regards,
Aaron
