TML stopped working after upgrade to 2.6.8

Hi there, thanks for this wonderful plugin that I’ve been using for years.
Unfortunately yesterday after the latest woocommerce upgrade to version 2.6.8
TML stopped working completely:
– nothing happens when you register as a new user
– no new user shows on the back end
– no pages or “your registration has been successful please wait for an administrator to approve you… etc” pop ups anymore.
I tried to install a debug plugin as you suggested, but unfortunately I dont understand what Im doing, as Im not a developer. Also, sorry I couldnt understand how to post this in Github…
