`To address` free delivery from – BUG

Hello,
There appears to be an issue with the “No Free Shipping” option for the ‘To Address’ shipping method. When the “
To address
free delivery from” field is left empty in the admin panel, the expectation is that the shipping cost will be reflected in the order details after checkout. However, while the correct shipping cost is displayed on the checkout page, it erroneously shows as free in the post-checkout order details.Here is a short video of the glitch: https://screenrec.com/share/geTW4aslPV
