to attach image to linkedin post

Check the posting method option in settings page and metabox at post editing page and set it to Text message with image .

I’ve selected Attach your blog post, but the featured image of the article doesn’t appear.

Can you help me?

@silviaserpe the preview image is generated from the og:image tag associated with the post.
If you have featured image or image in post content then our plugin will generate og:image tag when LinkedIn parse the post url(if og meta tags is enabled in settings).
If your site already contain meta tags then you can disable this setting.
You can validate your post url at https://www.linkedin.com/post-inspector/
