Unlike WPRocket, broke website and the support team is not responsive at all. I had several tickets opened (premium version) and I never managed to get my websites fully working (elementor & astra).

On top of that they renewed my licence at a full 200€ and refused to proceed to a refund when I notified them (the same day) that it was a mistake and wanted my money back.

It’s the kind of company that hides behind their License Agreement to take money from their customers even if they don’t use the product anymore.
