To be able to use this on 3EX

  • Hi, we use a 3rd party software to track all of our orders which is called ‘3ex’ however when you check out using the bike builder, it doesn’t load properly and comes up as ‘Misc_prod’, this is because it needs to load as a different products instead of one combined product, is there a way for you to split it out in basket so every option you make is a different item in the basket? please let me know if that doesn’t make sense, i have tried to upload an image but am struggling to as uploading is disabled

    Hi Adam,

    Do the individual options also exist as products in the shop?

    yes, although prices may differ in the config, its just about adding all the items together from the bike builder
