To change : conflict between 2 "bad" loops

No thank you, I have already read the Codex. After, yes, there is a difference to read and to understand. And this is the second point which is my problem.

so the following codes can be hurt purists, I KNOW. But I need help, I have spent 10h on this (a real codeur would spent 10 min … that’s life)

When all happens well, it looks like this :

(first loop) :

But it happens THIS, too … when one of the posts begins or ends the second loop, the first appears too :

(AqME is a video live, the first of the result, and the carousel appears. Same thing with a post who ends the loops)

So of course, I have put everywhere wp_reset … and try this and try that … but after 10h I become a little crazy. My knowledges about php are near from 0. WordPress near from 0.

If a guru understands … he’s welcome ??
