I am having a recurring problem with the following message even though I have informed Jetpack that my site is free. If there is a solution, otherwise I will dispense with Jetpack:
Your site has been identified as commercial, and the reasons are “service upgrade and/or e-commerce”, which means it is not eligible for a non-commercial license.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. After personally reviewing your site, I can see that it follows an e-commerce model but that the products are all listed as free. Due to this, I have made some changes to accurately reflect the nature of your site. This means you should be able to continue using the free version of Stats.

Additionally, I wanted to ask if your site is part of a multisite connection, as it appears that there is an error with the connection. Can you please try reconnecting with this guide: https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#reconnect-jetpack

    Thank you very much.
    This is excellent news.
Yes, the site m.al3ilm.net is part of the multi-site network al3ilm.net, and all the network and its sites are free.
I have applied the reconnection steps for the site m.al3ilm.net now.
