• What I’m looking for is a plugin that lets my users create a task or assignment and have all the tasks displayed on a page. Other users could then go through the list and assign a task to themselves. When an assignment is claimed, it would be removed from the public list and saved to that user’s personal list of assignments. When the assignment is finished, the user could submit any content or links they have for the task to the original assignment author. Preferably, I would like the assignment author to be able to keep track of whether each of their created assignments are finished or not.

Does anyone know of a plugin that would accomplish this?

By the way, if I get this going, I intend to incorporate CubePoints or another payment system in with it so I can charge users for creating tasks. I’m also using the latest version of Buddypress. So please factor these extras into your suggestions.

I’ve spent a few weeks trying to get this to work with no luck so any help would be much appreciated.

    Eagerly awaiting any replies,
    Brandon Dennis

Really, I could set it up to allow posting from the front-end with a specific category and then use an aggregator to display all the posts from that category on a page. Then I could use CubePoints to charge customers for creating the posts. That’ll take care of the submission part.

So the real question is how can I set it up so that users can save the post to their personal list and remove it from the public list?

Basically, I need a front-end to-do list that allows all users to create tasks, but only allows one user to claim the task.
