to many letters failure

Hello.
I have found something that i think is a failure at your wp finance plugin.When I wants to add some text at the field “Expense title *:” i dont get an error when i type too many letters. The failure appears when i save my (fx.) “expense”. It just dissapear, instead of informing thats there is an error with to many letters in a the text field.
Solution can be by showing how many letters we can write at the field ?! Or just make an error-text, ex. to many letters.
i use the latest update by wp finance.
