Too much data?

    Hi!

    I think we are getting an issue when exporting a big amount of data, although we believe we have exported bigger files in the past.

    We are exporting 10 fields for 789 orders.

    When exporting using the blue button “Export”, we get the error “The exported file can’t be found”.

    When exporting using the button “Export (without progress bar”, we get error 404 (page not found).

    We don’t see any fatal errors at the WooCommerce log.

    We are able to see the preview data correctly (5 rows), but haven’t been able to export the complete file.

    The wp_memory_limit is 512MB and the PHP time limit is 30.

    Is there any way you can help us?

    1. Do you use https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/transients-manager/ ?
    Try to disable it.

    2. Do you use load balancer ?
    It can be reason for “The exported file can’t be found” too.
    If yes – try “sticky sessions” .

    3. You see “404 page” after server timeout. You can just increate time limit .

    Hi Alex,

    Wasn’t able to find the issue and exported the data with another plugin. I suppose it is a hosting problem.

    As feedback, it could be great if Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce can process data by 50, 100, 150 entries and “pack” exported files in groups of 1.000, 2.000, 3.000 entries.

    Maybe this could help hostings with lower capacity.

    You can use date range filter or “order ids” filter to split export .
