To reduce stock in woocommerce when the order is ordered through whatsapp

I have added an option of ordering products through whatsapp, now if the order is placed through whatsapp it does not come in the orders and the stock does not reduce in woocommerce. So how to make the quantities of product reduce if the order is placed through whatsapp.
