To search among labels instead of values

    Hello! I’m using your plugin on a multilingual website with WPML.
    I have some fields where i had to set the couple “values : label”
    While searching among ACF fields, your plugin automatically searches for values.
    Would it be possible to search for labels instead of values?

    One more thing: does the plugin search only for ACF values in the current language?

    No.

    It does not depend on the plugin. It depends on the rest of the query parameters.
