To show ‘You saved’ on ‘Price’ column

If you are referring to showing the discount amount for each line item, you can choose the position Both in each line item and after total and give it a try.

I’d like to add something like this – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Pdu0XiSnulyhn-phXLrhTax8MFyb9IEY/view?usp=sharing – so that the discount itself (‘You saved:…’) would show up in the Price column (per one item), and not only in Subtotal column.
