in your child theme, edit footer.php, and change #site-header this line to #top-of-the-page:

<a class="to-the-top" href="#site-header">

at the location of your newly choosen top end point, you will need to add an element with the CSS id #top-of-the-page, or add this CSS id into an existing element, possibly by editing one or more suitable other template files in your child theme.

I’m looking into the child theme but i’m not able to edit the footer.php section, there are only two files, the style.css and the functions.php. How i can call-out the footer.php?

you would need to create footer.php in your child theme ( https://developer.www.ads-software.com/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/#adding-template-files ) from a copy of footer.php of the parent theme.

You will need to use FTP or the file manager of your hosting https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/ftp-clients/
