Toast set for "current session" never shows again

  • I have a toast with “Once shown, do NOT show a message again for current session” checked.
    It works OK, once closed is not shown again, but, when a “session” ends?
    I am asking because it does not matter if I close the browser, or open other browser tab or anything, when I revisit my page, the toast is not shown.
    This happens with Chrome, Firefox and IE, and also with Android Chrome.
