TOC Anchor Links Not Working

How is the page built it seems to differ from the others?

My site is built using Beaverbuilder.

Interestingly, the TOC is working perfectly on my Blog page, found here:
https://endalldisease.com/blog/#ENVIRONMENTAL_TOXINS

And on my Videos page, the TOC won’t even show up where I’ve embedded the shortcode. (I’ve ensured the TOC settings on the page’s backend are the same as my Blog page)

If you have any ideas, please let me know.
I’m going to reach out to Beaverbuilder and ask them as well, and I’ll report back with their response.

Hey I received a reply to this, just wanted to share it on here as promised, even though it’s not the best conclusion to the story.

Beaverbuilder reply:
“I just ran a search in our previous tickets for “Easy Table Of Content” and it doesn’t seem to work too well.

I’ve just gotten a copy from your website and tested it on a different site of mine. It works fine within a page, but not within a Themer layout. It happens with some plugins from time to time. I’m unsure what they do differently for their Shortcode but it happens.”

So basically they’ve recommended a new table of contents plugin, which I’m going to try now.

Here are two other potential options, for anyone in a similar situation. I haven’t tested either yet…
