TOC does not work …display

    Thanks for the plugin.
    After installing the plugin ,it was showing but after setting some from setting page then it is not showing anymore.
    it is just displaying the title of the table itself.
    it can be seen before the first headline from below site:

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I was able to show displaying the table of contents on the site but now it is showing also on the footer too which is not good.

    I hope at least get some help on how to remove this from my footer.
