TOC not showing anymore?

    I’ve done some more digging. My .htaccess does not seem to be the problem.

    If I check the source code of the pages it seems the TOC+ is there, but made a remark. I have not changed anything for many many months in TOC+.

    Anybody got a clue?

    Pffff found it.
    Migrated the site to production a couple of months ago. Apparently never noticed TOC+ was not working.

    Under Advanced Settings > Restrict Path was a path referring to the test site. It seems that an illegal path will make the plugin stop working by making a remark of the necessary code lines as shown in the previous message.
