TOC not working with WPBackery Page Builder

There are many articles already that explain that the Easy Table of Contents Plugin does not work with WPBakery Page Builder.

So far, I achieved to make the TOC appear by a simple TextBlock and its text is [toc]

But none of the TOC-Links jump to the actual page.

What is there to do in order to get the Easy TOC fully working under WPBacker Page Builder ??
