TOC Plugin Not Working

The TOC will not be displayed on an achieve page like the one you linked to. I did look in each of the posts on that page, and none of them contain any headings so there will not be a TOC added to those pages.

When you say “None of them contain any headings” so what does that mean? The reason for my question is each of my blog posts has a specific heading like Introduction, Brief History, etc. Is it something that I need to do at the backend via the WordPress Admin?

So, a TOC will not be inserted. If you are using the new Block editor for your posts, you must use the Heading Block. If you are using the Classic Editor, you need to put you heading on a line and click the dropdown that says “Paragraph” and change it to one of the heading options.
