Todays Events Widget?

1. Does it have a ‘Todays Events’ widget?

There is an upcoming widget, which will display up to ten of the next upcoming events, including ones currently ongoing. You would need to modify it to display all events for today, but such a thing is completely possible if you are versed in the WP API particularly WP Queries.

2. I need a community events calendar so there is likely to be 50 or 60 events per day – how would these be displayd on the ‘month’ view? I assume it wouldnt stretch the ‘Day Window’ to try and display them all?

By default it will display the first 4 of them on the day, then provide a link to “View all 50 events” for each day. The number of events can be changed thouh. If you want it to be 4 or 50 you could change it, but it will make the calendar look strange to have all 50 events on one day.

3. I’ve got a custom wp theme – would there be a conflict with styles? Ive had this with other calendar plugins.

You wont know until you try. Our plugins is designed from the ground up around WP best practice, and actually works with the extreme majority of themes out of the box. But, the more complicated the theme, and especially the more it deviates from WP standards, the more likely it would be to need some integrations.
