Today’s Update Broke Site
-
When I installed the update to the plugin this morning, several images stopped showing up on my site and also the Soliloquy slider plugin stopped working. When I disabled your plugin, everything worked again.
The site is running the newest version of WordPress (5.4.2) on WPEngine.
The following plugins are installed:

YourChannel Version 0.9.9.4 by Plugin BuildersI tried to create a support ticket on your website, but I just started using your free version and you require an order number to submit a ticket on your website. I did send an email to the email address on your website, so perhaps I will get a response to that. I also submitted a review and gave you a one star because I am hoping that it will get your attention as you have made it very difficult for new or non-premium users to submit issues to you. I will revise the review to 5 stars if you fix the issue because you do have a good plugin. You should reconsider your decision not to allow users without an order number to submit support tickets on your website because this issue with your update today is likely to affect many users and one would think that you would want any user to be able to notify you of the problem. You should allow users without an order number to submit a support ticket on your website.
