Todays update crashed my backend

Many apologies… a fix is coming out in a few minutes’ time…

Same on two sites

My WordPress login page does not work after Updraft Plus update. Here is the error message I get:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function en_US() in /home2/emwrite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/class-updraft-dashboard-news.php on line 70

This message is what I see when I try to log in. My site is working, but I can’t get to plugins to update or remove. I can do absolutely nothing with my website.

I updated a dozen sites earlier 1.14.5 to 1.14.6 and got the fatal errors so I reverted back to 1.14.4 (uploaded the zip file via cPanel and extracted over the top of the existing install) and manually updated each install to 1.14.5 (logged in to each site manually) …. but now none of the affected sites are seeing the update to 1.14.7.

Is there a simple tweak I can do to force the correct update?

If you visit the “Updates” page on your site (/wp-admin/update-core.php) then that will force WP to make a new updates check. (The ‘Plugins’ page only updates every 12 hours).
