Todays update deleted whole plugin

The plugin update caused my whole site to fall down. My host told me that it was in conflict with another plugin Firestats that I have had installed for 7 years. I had to delete Ninja forms plugin via ftp to access the backend of my site. HOpe this is fixed soon as I love the plugin but cannot have it bringing my site down like this. Thx

Sorry that you’re having problems! We had some problems with how our files were transferred from our dev machines to www.ads-software.com. I think that this might have caused your issues.

We’ve since taken care of them. Can you try downloading a fresh copy of 2.9.36 from www.ads-software.com and let me know if you see the same issue?

@pemot – When your site fell down, did you get any errors? Do you have any errors in your server logs?

I went back to vers 2.9.35 via backup. This brought back the forms. The last update had simply erased all data from ninja plugin folder without any error message.

Thanks for getting back to me! I’ve tried the zip for 2.9.36, and I see all the files there. Can you try installing that version for me? If you do, do you still see an issue?
