Toggle Button and Menu not showing in mobile settings

    I was editing the off-canvas menu within theme customizer and then all of a sudden, the toggle button and canvas menu disappeared. I have read all of your articles relative to this and ensured all settings are correct, all menus are properly set up, etc. I don’t know what happened or how to get it back.

    I inspected your website and it does appear that the menu is hidden for mobile devices. Since you have checked with the settings, could you please share the Astra Customizer Settings of your site? Don’t worry, the exported JSON file contains only the Astra Setting and doesn’t contain any other information.

    Sure, here you go. I”m having issues with the footer as well. Didn’t want to have to add another plug in to export the data before, and just coded my footer images in as a workaround, but the missing hamburger menu is an issue I cannot seem to fix so now that you have all the data maybe you can take a look at that too. Anytime I create a widget and try to add it to the footer, it doesn’t show up.

    Hello, just following up on the status of this? No one can use the site at all unless on a desktop version as they cannot navigate at all. I have confirmed it is theme specific b/c all menus function properly when changing to another theme.

    Thank you for sharing the Customizer settings. I was able to replicate the issue, and it looks like the Primary Header is set to be hidden on mobile and tablet devices, which is causing the problem. You can find a visual reference and the steps to resolve this in this screencast provided.

    Awesome! Thank you so much. I looked EVERYWHERE for that setting. I clicked on the Toggle Button and the Off Canvas Menu and checked those but didn’t know to also click on the actual row setting! Thanks.
