    Hello,

I’ve been trying to use the cost calculator for a day now and it’s really good already.
My problem is that on the block I made, the toggles buttons don’t work like they do in the preview. I associated a value to each of them but in the total it doesn’t add up like I inputed in the formula below.
    17500 + (range_field_id_3 * 92) + toggle_field_id_4 + toggle_field_id_5 + dropDown_field_id_7

It actually work in the preview but not on the actual website page. The range field works perfectly fine.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Thank you for the screenshots, we do appreciate it!

Could you please kindly clarify whether the Custom Calculator form displays on your Front-end side or not in general? Thank you in advance!

    Cheers

I have 2 toggle buttons on the calculator that is at the bottom of the page https://multinnov.com/stereo2/
1 should increase the total by 950 € and the other should increase it by 420 €.
Problem is neither of them work on the actual page.
They do work when I open the calculator with the preview button in the pluggin page though.

I tried replacing them with a radio button with the same result. works in preview but not on the actual page.

I have two other input in the calculations a dropdown list and arange field that work perfectly fine on the other hand.

    What can I do ?

I am experiencing the same problem.

The toggle button works when calculating in the preview mode, but not on the live website.

    Any update on this?

I like the plugin so far and I am quite eager to buy the full version, but cannot until this is fixed.

Hopefully this would be a quick fix for your team ??

    Hello @rhenier1 @multinnov

    Thank you for reaching out!

I created the sample calculator using the latest version of the plugins. I used Drop Down, Range Button, Toggle Button, Total fields to recreate the problem (Screenshot). There are my settings:

    Drop Down (Screenshot)

    Range Button (Screenshot)

    Toggle Button (Screenshot)

    Total field (Screenshot)

The calculator is displaying the same result on live mode (Screenshot) as preview mode (Screenshot). Please try to create the same calculator on your website. To get clear results, please disable third-party plugins and activate the default theme of WordPress (for example, Twenty Twenty-One). This will help you to understand what exactly is causing the problem.

If the problem persists, please share screenshots from the console.

    Kind regards

    Hi there.

I have found the plugin to stop working when the following two plugins are enabled:

    Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent

    and

    NitroPack

I will rerun the configs for these two plugins to see if it makes a difference.

I am happy to report that the calculator is now working as expected. Thanks a lot, will be buying the full version now!

Without any change in plugins, this has stopped working again, also in private browsers. Strange. Will remove the toggle buttons for now and replace with quantity field.

    Hi @rhenier1

We have previously provided the calculator form for you as an example. We have provided screenshots as well that there is no any restriction on our testing end. We recommend you to re-check once again by deactivating all of your site extra and caching plugins (it is recommended to exclude server caching modules as well).

    Cheers
