Toggle Menu of new header-footer builder is not working on Mobile Devices.

The Toggle menu is working fine in our test environment.

Can you please try one more time after clearing your browser, website, and CDN caches if you have any?

You may temporarily disable other third-party and caching plugins for testing.

Also, it will be very cooperative if you share your related website URL where we can debug the issue.

Please feel free to reach back and report your findings.

Thank you for your prompt reply. As an Astra Theme user and all Brainstormforce products enthusiast, it is so unfortunate to have this problem. I have tried every single option you have mentioned. I deactivated the plugins and erased the cache. But no joy. My website URL is: https://peshto.com – You can check. I am using iPhone and I don’t know if it is a device-specific problem.

I have more than 5 websites and all use Astra Theme. The only solution I have found is to turn my sites to the old header/footer of Astra Theme. It is the only workaround I have found. My website which I use the old version header/footer is https://turkishfoodie.com – you can check both sites and see the problem at https://peshto.com

You can check both. I also made a ticket from the Brainstormforce site and tech team informed me this is a known problem and will be fixed in the next update. I hope you guys update the theme as soon as possible.

Dear Vansh;
The customer service has already sent me the Dev version of Astra but I will wait until the core update has come. I hope; Brainstormforce makes the core update for the Astra theme soon.
