Toggle Panels remaind open in backend

Before the last update, the toggle panels remained closed when I closed them. Now they are open every time I open a page with them in the editor. I have some very long pages with many lists and the editor then takes a very long time to open the pages. For this reason I had installed Ultimate Blocks. But the panels are now always displayed open, which slows everything down a lot. What can I do?

In the frontend, the panels remain closed as desired.
