Toggle Uploads New CSS Every Time I Change Something

    Hi,

    Every time I go and change something on one of the Toggle widgets it re-uploads a new CSS sheet to the uploads folder overwriting and CSS changes I have created.

    Any way of just updating the current CSS rather than reuploading a whole new one?

    Also, I there any way of having chosen Toggle widgets already dropped down when the page is loaded rather than all of them being closed?
