Hello, we are using the toggle widget to show a larger block of text. It works great when clicking the button to open it and it closes fine again when clicking to close it.

With long texts, however, it has the downside that the toggle scrolls up when clicking the close button, but the visitor is left at the same position on the page. We show multiple toggles next to each other in a column layout. It means that when one closes a toggle, the visitor will need to scroll back up again to open the adjacent toggle.

Is there any way to set the toggle widget – or somehow extend it – so that there is a scroll-to-top function when closing the toggle?

No there is not. And please do not use a URL shortner or obfuscate the URL as those will be expanded to the real URL when found.

The link field was the place to put it but that window close 1 hour after you posted the topic. The link field is not seen by any search engine it can only be seen by logged in users.

Thanks for the info @jdembowski, good to know. It’s for a client site, so I can’t post the URL. But if I figure out a solution to my toggle issue, I will post that.
