Toggles not working

No matter which settings I use or order that I place the FAQ’s, only the last section on the page has toggles that work. On the page link that I sent, the video transfer section is set to toggle, but the toggle buttons are clearly not active. Video editing FAQ is not set to toggle, but does.
The theme is Awada-Lite
