Trying to connect shop for the first time, I get through the entire process, then when redirecting back to my shop site, I get ‘token exchange failed’. I made sure that ‘Instagram’ was not selected.

Can you check there isn’t something wrong on your end?

Hi there,

I checked and didn’t find anything on our end about this error. Did you try to complete the setup process without any disruption? See this section for more information:

To better understand what’s happening, I’d like to take a look at your site’s logs.

First, check to make sure that logs are enabled via Marketing > Facebook

To find the generated logs:

1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
2. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the Facebook for WooCommerce log that you need, then click view to load it. Here’s what that looks like: https://d.pr/i/tCljQd
3. Copy/paste the relevant part of the log into your response so we can take a look.

Hi – there was an error message in the logs about the catalog:

Unable to detect valid feed configuration: No catalog ID

I created a new catalogue and after that, the connection worked.

and also find this code “wc_facebook_external_business_id” wp-admin/options.php this location but i didn’t get this code and then i will check in database in options table i got this code and it is valid code.so please give me the other solution.

and also i am try with other way remove business application in facebook but still i am facing same issue.
