    Hey guys

I know we can only show feeds from our own Instagram accounts. I fixed all of our sites no problem by logging into the relevant Instagram account.

For some reason this account will not display the feed any more, it was working OK since the fix but has suddenly stopped. I can’t seem to get a new token. I have deleted plugin and re-added but the token comes back the same and I can’t add a different or new token.

    Please help!

    Hey lanxalot,

It looks like you have another plugin installed. Did you switch when Instagram Feed by Smash Balloon wasn’t working by any chance? We can definitely help you fix this if you’d like to give it a try again.

    Hi Craig

Many thanks for the reply, yes we did use another plugin hopefully as a temporary measure.

I tried deleting permissions for Smash Balloon from the relevant Instagram site, uninstalling the plugin and starting from scratch but the same access key was issued which doesn’t work.

Do you have any ideas of how to fix it?

    Best regards

    Lanx

    Hey Lanx,

As strange as it sounds, it would be helpful to see the broken feed on your site somewhere. Can you create a “test” page that’s hard for visitors to find and send me a link?
