Toll and Toll IPEC tracking link broken

Hi @sequoiavalleyfarms1,

We updated the tracking URL of Toll and Toll IPEC to AST’s shipping providers list, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.

To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

Hello –

This update isn’t yet working for New Zealand. I can only see a ‘Team Global Express’ for Australia and our old ‘Toll’ carrier isn’t working (or available after I have synced).

The new tracking URL for Team Global Express in NZ is https://fasttracker.teamglobalexp.co.nz/fast-tracker.aspx

We have TOLL, Toll IPEC and Team Global Express shipping carriers available in the shipping carriers list for Australia.

hi – I’m asking about New Zealand. Do you have Team Global Express available as a carrier in NEW ZEALAND.

AST gets the shipping carriers list and the carrier details from TrackShip

You can open a request to add shipping carriers on TrackShip’s suggested carrier board here, please provide all this info when you submit your request.

Argh! OK, I will do this but anything you can do to help would be most appreciated as we are now getting worried customers who can’t access their tracking.
