Too big a list of users

    How to make a drop-down list of only users who have the status of “administrator” and “shopmanager?

    The thing is that I want to use the plugin only for certain groups of users.

    When I create a task, all users in the system drop out, it’s inconvenient. What exactly do I mean? – https://img.alexodlw.beget.tech/2023-03-10_134238.png

    I have several thousand users on my site and their number is constantly growing. Finding the right user from the drop-down list is a huge problem. How can I make this list show only administrators and store managers?

    Tell me please, can you introduce additional customization on this list? because there is really no option when the plugin should be used only for specific user roles. Or maybe it’s done, but I didn’t delve into the plugin’s settings

    Hi Dan,

    Thanks for getting in touch and for the feedback.

    This can now be done in the attached update (which will be released next week on the repository as well), by going to Zephyr > Settings > General Settings and selecting the roles you want in “Which Roles Can Access Zephyr Project Manager” that should have access and should be shown in the lists.

    Note that the assignee list allows you to search for users as well.

    Thank you very much for your work, I really like your plugin.

    I will ask additional questions:

    1. Does the https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zephyr.dylank.zephyrprojectmanager mobile app only work with the PRO version of the plugin?

    I have finally formed questions regarding your plugin. Most likely we will buy premium for several sites, for now just want to understand this

    1. If a person is an admin and a super admin sets him a task, then this person sees the ad like this https://img.alexodlw.beget.tech/2023-03-13_135026.png that is it opens for him to edit. On the other hand, if a person (administrator) is given a task by a super admin, he should see it like this https://img.alexodlw.beget.tech/2023-03-13_135311.png .     Hi Dan,

    My sincere apologies for the delay in response over the weekend.

    1. Make the feature work with the Teams & Members list: This is done now as requested.
    2. Does the mobile app work with the Pro version: It works with both the Pro and Basic version.
    3. Fullcalendar JavaScript error: This is fixed now.
    4. The app is currently only for Android, but I do plan on creating an iPhone version as well.
    5. View task by default, and add ‘Edit Task’ button instead: I have added this functionality as requested in the update below.
    6. Editing task input style conflicts: This seems to be due to a plugin or theme CSS conflict. Could I ask if it would be possible for you to confirm which theme you are currently using or which plugins you are currently using, so that I can try replicate the issue in order to find why this is displaying incorrectly and to find a solution to fix the conflict? Please let me know if this would be possible. Thanks.

    @dylanjkotze you are just a magician. The CSS conflict I fixed it was my fault. I hope when you upload a new version to the repository you will include the changes you made in this ticket. Thank you

    Hi Dan,

    As the questions are divided between both posts, I’ll just answer both of them together on both posts:

    1. Great thanks. Yes, all these changes will be released in the upcoming updates.
    2. Project email not sent to assigned user: This is fixed now.
    3. Limiting Project Manager list as new task list is limited: This is done now.
    4. Calendar constantly loading: This is fixed now.
    5. Make project viewable by default instead of editable: I have added this feature now.
    6. $ is not a function error in zpm-global.js: This is fixed now.
    7. Add Change status option next to Edit task when viewing a task instead of editing it: Added this feature now.
    8. Add start and end time as well: I have added these as requested now as well.
