Too Complicated

This plugin worked well but they seem to have recently overcomplicated it. Worse, when the complicated version was updated on our sites, in most cases, it dropped the configuration and we didn’t know until people started complaining they weren’t receiving the email. Not very classy Mail Bank! We also found bugs with the plugin when using it on WP Multi-sites and it does seem to conflict with WP Better Mails plugin which we use a lot. Look, this is a pretty simple thing to do and there are plenty of other plugins out there that are far simpler (and therefore more compatible) and you don’t need to upgrade to Mail Bank Pro (for whatever reason this would be required I have no idea other than to try and get support for the bugs).
