Too expensive… Lite doesn’t let you export your form data.

  • It was great until I needed to export my data from my forms and found out I couldn’t do it with the WPFormsLite version I already paid $39 for. They were asking for an ADDITIONAL $199 for me to export my data from my forms to a CSV. I looked to see where in the documentation that I couldn’t with Lite… it was at the bottom of the page explaining Export. So… for $39 +$199 = $238 you can export your data to a CSV. Still under the 14 days…Looking for another form plug-in that exports and still allows you to buy a cup of coffee.

    I want a refund. Paid Lite Version… can’t export CSV, over 100 surveys have to be counted by hand.

    I’m sorry for the confusion around the CSV export feature and any misinformation from our documentation. I will pass your feedback to our team and discuss how we can improve on this. Please know, the Basic version that you purchased for $39 already comes with the built-in CSV export feature and you can learn more about this here.

    The Lite version is different from the Basic plan, it is free for download from the WordPress repository here. In case it helps, you can learn more about the differences between the Lite and paid version in this article.

    Since you already have a paid license, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

    From there, our friendly support team will be able to take a closer look at your request and also advise about your refund request.
