Too few column delimiters

Strange. But Google does not accept this list anymore (since the latest plugin update).

Any ideas what I can do?

Have you tried to do a manual fetch and manual reprocessing of your feed directly from your Google Merchant Center already?

Yes I already did. Still error “Too few column delimiters”

As I wrote: It must depend on the latest update of the plugin. I’ve got a second shop running with an old version of your plugin and the merchant center does not refuse the csv file there.

We are having the same bug with all .csv-feeds. Instead of empty values it removes the columns that has empty values like for example sale_price. Leading to columns being wrongly sorted and the same Google Merchant error as the topic creator. All of our Google feeds are currently down due to this bug in latest version.

And a tip to the topic creator to get up and running until they fix this. I just rolled back to 13.1.2 to get our merchant feeds working again quickly.

Hi all,

We just pushed out a new release of our plugin, version 13.1.7, that should solve the issue at hand. Can you download and verify this is the case?

After clearing the wordpress cache and then refreshing the google feed, it seems to work again! ??

My products are back online! Thank you m8.

Should there be any problems later, I will contact you. I’ll keep an eye on the Merchant Centre.

Update:

The status of my feed file has changed from green to red. It has now been rejected again with the same error message. ??

Strange. First the file was approved and was set to “green” and now a few minutes later it has been rejected and is set to “red”.

Update 2:

OK I guess I have to wait. Now the feed is approved again by the Merchant Center. I don’t know why it switches from red to green and back again.

I will wait until tomorrow and check it again.

My products are back online and the feed is working well since yesterday after updating to the latest plugin.
