Too invasive! Takes over the comment section and with self promotion link etc

I installed this plugin when I was configuring my Super Socializer plugin (a great one) and I created the required “disqus shortname” to use disqus comments. The trouble is, when you create a disqus shortname, disqus website gives the impression that this plugin as if it is a compulsory thing (on the contrary, getting a shortname was enough) to install. So I fell for it and installed.

But this plugin has taken over the whole commenting area, suppressing anything else I had there (like google+, linkedin etc). Also displays some text/link like “do you also want to have disqus for your own site?” sort of thing. It is almost you are placing a disqus ad on your site. Too invasive.

It seems to have good features like threaded comments with some configuration, but I did not like that invasive behaviour. So, it got deleted at the end!
